Dr. Sonika Sharma is an academician with teaching experience of 20+ years in the domain of organizational behavior, human resource management and psychology. She earned her B. Sc and M. Sc in Child Psychology, from Allahabad University, Masters in business administration from Nagpur University and a Ph. D in human resource management, and has expertise in teaching, training, research and mentoring.
