She also Worked as H.R Executive in Via Media Health, sector-62, Noida (U.P.) She has 14 Years of Teaching Experience and one year of Corporate Experience. She Completed her Undergraduate degree (BBA) from Lucknow University and Postgraduate Degree (MBA) from Ramswaroop College, Lucknow and PhD from NGB University, Prayagraj. She has also Completed her Masters in Commerce and Masters in Economics from UPRTOU, Prayagraj in Distance Mode. She has Published 24 research papers, which have been published in various National & International Journals of UGC Care, SCI, Scopus and ABDC. She has been Granted with One patent. She is an Associate Reviewer of many International Conferences/Journals and Editorial Board Member of International/National Journals. She has Authored her two Books on Microfinance and Women Empowerment and Roadmap to Vikshit Bharat @2047, which has been published with International Publisher. Dr. Rohit Kumar Rai |
Dr. Rohit Rai is presently working as an Assistant Professor at the Economics Department, Government P.G College Khalilabad, Santkabir Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India. He Completed his Ph.D in Economics from Allahabad University, Prayagraj. Dr Rai has qualified UGC-NET and Set in Economics. Dr. Rai has qualified many exams of Civil Services and UPSC. He completed his Bachelors of Arts (B.A) and Masters of Economics (M.A Economics) from Allahabad University, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India. He has 12 Years of diversified experience of Teaching, Research and at the post of other Government Jobs. Formerly he worked as Village Development Officer (VDO), at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. Dr. Rai also worked as Assistant Professor in Government Degree College Through, Uttarakhand Lok Seva Aayog, Uttarakhand. Dr. Rai is supervising more than three research scholars doing research in different domain of Economics. He has published more than 20 Research Papers including in journals of Scopus and UGC Care listed in Group I and in Group II. He has more than 10 Book Chapters Published. Dr. Indal Kumar is an accomplished academic in the field of management studies, holding an MBA and a PhD in Management. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology (MMMUT), Gorakhpur. With a strong foundation in both teaching and research, he has established himself as a committed educator and an emerging scholar in the domain of management education. Dr. Kumar’s academic journey reflects a deep commitment to understanding and advancing the principles of management, particularly in areas related to consumer behaviour, human resource management, organizational behavior, and strategic management.
