Dr. Priyanka Rai is presently working as an Assistant Professor at the Management Studies Department, Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. She Completed her Ph.D in Management from Nehru Gram Bharti University, Prayagraj. Dr Rai Completed her MBA in Finance and Human Resource from Shri Ramswroop Memorial University of Technology and Management, Lucknow. She has also completed her Masters of Commerce (M.Com.) and Masters of Economics (M.A. Economics) from UPRTOU, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India. She has 11 Years of diversified experience of Teaching, Research and Corporate. Formerly she worked as Assistant Professor at the Department of Management and Computer Applications, Nehru Gram Bharti University, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India. Dr. Rai also worked as HR Executive in a Multinational company in Noida named as Via Media Health, Noida Sector 62. Dr. Rai is supervising more than three research scholars doing research in different domain of Management. She has published more than 30 Research Papers including in journals of SCI, ABDC, Scopus and UGC Care listed in Group I and in Group II. Dr. Rohit Rai is presently working as an Assistant Professor at the Economics Department, Government P.G College Khalilabad, Santkabir Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India. He Completed his Ph.D. in Economics from Allahabad University, Prayagraj. Dr Rai has qualified UGC-NET and Set in Economics. Dr. Rai has qualified many exams of Civil Services and UPSC. He completed his Bachelors of Arts (B.A) and Masters of Economics (M.A. Economics) from Allahabad University, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India. He has 12 Years of diversified experience of Teaching, Research and at the post of other Government Jobs. Formerly he worked as Village Development Officer (VDO), at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. Dr. Rai also worked as Assistant Professor in Government Degree College Through, Uttarakhand Lok Seva Aayog, Uttarakhand.
